I knew Arthur as a gentle giant. Always a smile, always a kind word, always a sparkle in his blue eyes. Just a fantastic example of the best humanity has to offer. What I didn't know, until reading this book, is how much suffering he endured. Remarkable accounts, a must read for everyone. It would make an unbelievable movie, a box office thriller.
